Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Lan Ha Bay
9h00 – 9h30: Pick-up arrangement around Hanoi old quarter, then transfer to Cat Hai island.
11h45: Limo arrives at Tuần Châu
12h00: Transfers to Amanda Cruise.
12h15: Enjoy welcome drink then check-in.
12h30: Savor a delicious lunch at the restaurant while enjoying the beauty of the canals and islets on the way such as Da Chong, Con Vit and Gia Luan.
14h15: We progress to Trung Trang cave by our bus on Cat Ba island. After Trung Trang Cave, we take few short trekking at the entrance of Cat Ba National Park in order getting to know more about the typical creation of tropical forest.
17h00: Amanda Cruise gets in the less populated area at Tra Bau where is located in Lan Ha Bay for swimming.
18h00: Join a cooking show where you could learn how to make of some Vietnamese traditional dishes and taste it.
19h30: Dinner is served on board.
20h30 – 23h00 After finishing dinner, you could view the bay at night up on the top deck, relax with romantic music, enjoy drinks from the bar while watching a TV series by BBC or try your luck at squid fishing. Or have your leisure time outside your cabin private balcony. Overnight on board.
Day 2: Dark and Bright cave – Hai Phong – Hanoi
6h00: Wakeup in the middle of the bay, inhale the fresh air, watch the sunrise on broad horizon and admire the breathtaking seascape.
6h30: You would spend about 10 minutes travelling on our tender to nearby fishing area to see how to catch fish from the Cha. On sea scape you could observe a man and a woman in fishery classic costume netting
7h00: Back to the cruise.
7h15: Breakfast with light buffet.
8h00: Transfers to Dark & Bright cave, explore this lovely cave by bamboo boats.
8h45: Back onto cruise, please join our special activity** or any activity at your choice on board.
9h15: Pack & check-out.
9h45: Farewell brunch is served at the restaurant. You could observe the scenes at different angles and grab this chance to do a photo hunting as the boat slowly cruises passing by many islets of Halong Bay on her waterway back to pier.
11h45: Amanda cruise returns at Tuần Châu.
12h00: Disembark and then transfer back to Hanoi.
14h30: Arrive in Hanoi old quarter, drop off at your hotel.

Cancellation by Customer
-For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
-More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
-15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
-7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
-4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
-Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
-There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
-For no show cases, there will be no refund.
-All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us
Cancellation by Weather
-In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.
