Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be – Vinh Long Pick up at your hotel at 7h00 – 7h30 AM. Travel on the highway for about two hours to capture green rice fields and tropical fruits in the Mekong Delta.
-Kimmy chocolate factory is a rest stop. Local farmers carefully plant and care for cocoa trees, so you can see locals producing chocolate.
-When you come to Cai Be, you will witness locals making traditional products such as pop rice cakes, rice wine, rice paper, and coconut candy.
-We are returning to our boat to another location where we enjoy the bamboo boat through orchards, mangrove apple trees and coconut leaves.
-Visit a local orchard where you try some tropical seasonal fruits, listen to traditional folk songs, see a bee farm, and enjoy hot honey tea.
-Join a cooking class and have lunch at a local thatched-roof restaurant with delicious Mekong spring rolls, oil-fried giant giant fish, fresh fruits, and more. While you can take a nap in a hammock or KAYAK boat or cycle around the village.
